Manufacturing Defects or Damage: If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please take a photo or video so we can assist you promptly.
Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered (size, color, or style), we will assist you in exchanging or refunding it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We regret to inform you that some items are not eligible for returns, including:
Special Promotional Items: Items purchased during a promotional or sale period are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Personalized Items: Items that have been custom-designed to your specific requirements are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Return Process
We want to make your return process as easy as possible:

- Waiting for Approval: We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days.
- Returning the product: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. You will need to return the product in the same condition as when you received it.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.
5. Delayed or Missing Refund

6. Canceling an order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order is canceled within this time, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
7. Shipping Costs for Return
When you make a return, please note that the shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a tracking service to ensure that the product is sent to the correct address and that you can track the status of your order. If the returned product is not in a condition that qualifies for a return, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
However, if you receive a defective or non-as-described product, we will refund the shipping costs to you along with a refund for the product.
